Liaise with suppliers/Freight Forwarders/Couriers to prepare documentation for import declarations and keep track of BOL, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists etc. Prepare instructions for customs declarations to send to freight forwarders and their agents to declare relevant Tariffs, Values etc.

Assisting in the management of imports/exports, donor recruitment and stored gametes/embryos Resource management, including staffing, consumables and equipment. Operational management including rota’s and workflow.

As well as providing a significant contribution to the clinical workload, the successful candidate will have opportunities to be involved in training junior embryologists, internal quality control, donor recruitment, organising imports/exports and supporting in the management of stored gametes/embryos.
