This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week - weekend rotation will be required at approximately 1:4 Key Responsibilities: Full range of clinical procedures, including ICSI, vitrification and PGT Communicating with patients about treatment options and results Quality Management, including supporting with audit, document control, non-compliance, quality control/assurance. Assisting in the management of imports/exports, donor recruitment and stored gametes/embryos Resource management, including staffing, consumables and equipment. Operational management including rota’s and workflow.

Als Supervisor Forwarding op de import afdeling bij DHL Freight in Eindhoven –gespecialiseerd in internationale transportoplossingen (palletvervoer) in Europa- ben je primair verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden, controleren en regelen van transportzendingen.
Audit and review customs entries to ensure correct information Request and verify supporting documentation for compliance purposes. Analyze relationship between the vendor and importer; choose correct valuation method to calculate customs duty, GST, Excise tax and SIMA. Follow up with warehouse and trucking company to ensure released shipments delivered without delay.
As well as providing a significant contribution to the clinical workload, the successful candidate will have opportunities to be involved in training junior embryologists, internal quality control, donor recruitment, organising imports/exports and supporting in the management of stored gametes/embryos. This is a full time position working 37.5 hour per week There will be on-call and weekend working required on a rotational basis The Location: Oxford Fertility was established in 1992 and is one of the UK’s longest standing and largest IVF clinics.
Liaise with suppliers/Freight Forwarders/Couriers to prepare documentation for import declarations and keep track of BOL, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists etc. Prepare instructions for customs declarations to send to freight forwarders and their agents to declare relevant Tariffs, Values etc.
