Deine Aufgaben sind: Anlage, Änderung und Steuerung von Materialstammdaten Steuerung und Organisation der gesamten Stammdaten im gemeinsamen SAP System zur Sicherstellung des optimalen Warenflusses Systematische Störungsbehebung/Korrektur von fehlerhaften Materialstammdaten (KVP) Sicherstellung und Verfolgung der ordnungsgemäßen Durchführung von Produkteinführungen, Änderungen und Modifikation für Fertigerzeugnisse unter Berücksichtigung und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferfähigkeit Systematische Bearbeitung von Fehlermeldungen aus Reportings (Business Objects) Planung und Umsetzung der Disposition für Fertigwaren von import und europäischen Lieferanten Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Produkten gemäß den Unternehmensanforderungen Optimierung der Lagerbestände zur Reduzierung von Überbeständen und Abwertungen Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen den internen Bereichen Materialwirtschaft, Marketing, Sales, Qualitätsmanagement, Produktion und Controlling, als auch europaweit für alle Länderläger Bewertung von Fehlerquellen und systematische Abarbeitung gemeinsam mit den betroffenen Bereichen Analysen und Erarbeitung von Vorschlägen zur Optimierung der Abläufe im Bereich Supply Chain Unterstützung bei Projektarbeit Vertretungsregelung bei Urlaub und Abwesenheit innerhalb des Supply Chain Bereiches Sonstiges/Projekte und alle weiteren Aufgaben, die im Rahmen der Delegation übertragen werden Was solltest du mitbringen: Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung Berufserfahrung in der Stammdatenkoordination oder ähnlichen Aufgabenbereichen SAP-Kenntnisse, Schwerpunkt MM Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, insbesondere Excel Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Interdisziplinäres Denken Ziel- und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten Fähigkeit, auch unter anspruchsvollen Bedingungen souverän und effizient zu arbeiten Integrations- und Teamfähigkeit Was erwartet dich bei uns?

Liaise with suppliers/Freight Forwarders/Couriers to prepare documentation for import declarations and keep track of BOL, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists etc. Prepare instructions for customs declarations to send to freight forwarders and their agents to declare relevant Tariffs, Values etc.
